The Site is intended for a general audience seeking information about ophthalmology services. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site’s marketing tools. 10. How this relates to health information
- Searching for eye conditions, requesting an appointment, or using a messaging widget on a health care website can involve sensitive context.
- Information collected by third-party pixels and analytics may be processed under those companies’ terms and may not be treated the same as PHI under HIPAA.
